Conscious parenting focuses on connection, emotional awareness, and understanding, while traditional parenting often emphasizes control, obedience, and behavior correction. Instead of trying to “fix” behavior, conscious parenting sees behavior as communication and responds with empathy, clear boundaries, and self-awareness.
No. While Conscious Parenting is often talked about in the context of raising children, its principles apply to anyone who has been shaped by a childhood, which is all of us. This work supports parents, educators, and adults who want to understand their emotional patterns, heal their inner child, and relate more consciously in all of their relationships.
Coaching is right for you if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Are you noticing power struggles, perfectionism, or anxiety ? Coaching helps you understand your patterns and develop practical strategies to bring more awareness and connection into your daily life.
Children often express unmet needs through behavior. When we understand what's happening beneath the surface-anxiety, overwhelm, pressure, or a need for connection- we can support them in ways that actually help them feel more regulated, confident, and understood.
Conscious Parenting is about becoming aware of your patterns, repairing when things go sideways, and learning how to respond with curiosity rather than control. You don't need to have it all figured out-just a willingness to reflect.
All coaching sessions will be held on Zoom.
